Delete your BoteGo account

You can permanently delete your BoteGo account and its data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open BoteGo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Edit.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@botego.app from the email address of your BoteGo account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, posts, messages, trip agreements, reviews and badges, saved addresses, vehicles and uploaded photos are permanently deleted. Only security audit logs may be kept, with no link to your identity.

Donor subscription

Your Donor subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.
